Ko Rachel Nelson tōku ingoa
He Kaiāwhina ahau mo Puawaitahi.  Ko āku mahi e manāki ana ngā tamariki me ngā whānau Māori, ka tae mai rātou kei konei ki Puawaitahi mo ō rātou whakamātautau.  Ka āwhinatia au e te whānau i ngā tikanga Māori.  He aha ēra tikanga? Ko te aroha, te whakatau, te māramatanga me te tautoko i a rātou ki a Puawaitahi.

I am a Cultural Support Worker here at Puawaitahi.  My role is to support Māori children and whānau when they arrive at Puawaitahi for their appointments.  I support the whānau (according to) tikanga Māori.  What are those tikanga? To care, to (help) settle them, to explain the process and to support them while they are at Puawaitahi.

Nō reira tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou katoa
