Dr Andrea Vincent

Dr Andrea Vincent is a New Zealand trained Paediatric Ophthalmologist with a sub specialty of Genetic eye disease, working at Greenlane Hospital, in Private practice and with a research lab at the University of Auckland Department of Ophthalmology.

A two year Paediatric and Genetic Ophthalmology fellowship was undertaken at the Hospital for Sick Children, Toronto, with Dr Alex Levin as a supervisor. Dr Levin has conducted much research into Retinal Haemorrhages in TBI, and put his fellows in a good position to assess suspected cases, critically review the literature in this field and be an expert witness.

Andrea regularly assesses the eyes of children with suspected TBI, and has published in this area with Dr Patrick Kelly, as well as appearing as an expert witness.
